What is the Return Policy?
We’re so sorry, but due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the food we create. Every package is created to meet our quality standards. We do our best to minimize product and package breakage in transit; however, packages may become damaged during transit. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you aren’t completely satisfied, contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please save all packaging and shipping supplies to ensure that we can do a proper inspection with the carrier and our team.
For damaged products that are not purchased directly from Glenda’s Farmhouse, please contact the store or venue at which the original purchase was made. In most circumstances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
Please do not return any food product without contacting us first for specific information about the return process. The entire team at Glenda’s Farmhouse comes to work every single day focused on creating products our customers will love – backed by the service and support our customers deserve.
