- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Roast the walnuts and garlic cloves for 10 minutes.
- Add the walnuts, garlic cloves, arugula, basil, cilantro, parmesan, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Pulse into a crumble.
- Slowly pour the olive oil in through the top while pulsing.
- Reach a smooth puree texture.
- Season with salt.

Ingredients:
- 1 naan bread
- 2 TBSP prepared Arugula Walnut Pesto
- 3 TBSP gruyere cheese (shred)
- 1 slice bacon (cook and crumble)
- 6 grape tomatoes (slice)
- 1 TBSP balsamic glaze
- 2 TBSP feta cheese (crumble)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the naan bread on the pan.
- Spread out the Arugula Walnut Pesto over the naan bread.
- Layer the gruyere cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
- Bake until the cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
- Take the naan pizza from the oven.
- Immediately drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze and crumbled feta.
